Tacos! “Hard Taco” Video Premiere
After six long years, Seattle’s heavy riffing, hard hitting two piece Tacos! have unveiled the first peak at their upcoming sophomore album, Uso Rudo, with a video for the track “Hard Taco”. The video takes a seemingly mundane evening of eating tacos at a bar while the band, comprised of guitarist/vocalist Don Stewart and drummer/vocalist Lupe Flores, performs energetically, then throws a few twists in. Taking place at The Valley Tavern in Tacoma and starring a cast full of friends, the video creates a very organic fun vibe that pairs well with the songs high energy riffs and powerful beats.
The band will be celebrating Uso Rudo’s release with a duo of killer shows in Seattle and Tacoma. On August 30th, there will be a free show at Bar House with support from mathy noise-punks Glose as well as a taco truck. On August 31st, Rare Forms will open things up at The Valley Tavern alongside The Fucking Eagles with a $5 suggested donation.
Uso Rudo comes out August 30th via Violent Hippy Records. It was recorded at Toadhouse Studio in Portland, OR with the great Billy Anderson, and mastered by Ed Brooks at Resonant Mastering in Seattle, WA.
